HELLO

I've been talking (whining) on Twitter and to my close friends about starting my very own blog for about 9 months now.

This introductory post should have been going up at the start of the new year (2018), however, after a lot of personal issues taking over and my silly little nervous head telling me I can't do it, here I am saying my first hello at the end of August :)

(Most of you reading this will know my name and a fair bit about me, but I am going to try and be professional anyway)

My name is Rachel, I am 20 years old and I live in Liverpool. I'm currently at uni studying Literature and Politics. My aim for this blog is to provide me with a creative space for writing and encourage me to put forward my opinion on topics that I am  interested in and enjoy. These topics will include: fashion, politics, mental health/body image experiences and struggles, the arts, and lifestyle. 

There isn't going to be a strict uploading schedule because some weeks I'm busier than others but I am going to try and keep it to around one post every 2 weeks (probably at the weekend). 
So yeah, this is my blog and I'll be super happy if more people than my mum and boyfriend read it.
